Big thanks to Rob for helping with an urgent request we had on a Friday afternoon. The part we needed was in Europe, and Rob went out of his way to get it ordered and delivered to us by the following Tuesday.

Extremely helpful. They shipped me a replacement unit the next day, and I was up and running within 24 hours. A brand-new replacement from the machinery manufacturer would have had a 7-day lead time.
