What is the status of my order?

Order status information can be found in your customer account. Login to your customer account here and click on ‘Your orders’. Choose the order you would like tracking information for and click to discover full order updates and history.

Your order status journey explained:

Order confirmed - Your order has been placed and confirmed by Marvo. 

Processing -  We are now processing your order in one of our fulfilment facilities around the world. 

Preparing to ship - Your order is being packaged and will soon be ready to pass onto one of our shipment providers. 

Shipped - Your order is now with a shipping carrier and should be on its way to you. 

Out for delivery - Your order has left the shipping carrier’s depot and is due to be delivered. Use the carrier tracking number to get an accurate view of your order's exact location.

Delivered - Your order has been delivered.
