At Marvo, we stand by the quality of our products. That's why we offer a comprehensive 12-month return to base warranty on all reconditioned, used and new parts. If you encounter any issues within 12 months from the date of delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We will be more than happy to assist you and provide guidance on the necessary steps.

Early Product Failures (Within 14 Days)

In the unlikely event that a product supplied by Marvo fails within the first 14 days, we've got you covered. We'll swiftly replace the item with an equivalent part. In the rare event that an equivalent part cannot be sourced, we'll refund the total amount you initially paid, including any carriage charges.

After the Initial 14 Days

For issues that arise after the initial 14 days, our standard warranty terms apply.

Repair, Replace or Refund

Our primary objective is to get your operations back on track. In the initial stages of addressing an issue, we'll always explore the option of repairing your existing part in one of our repair centers or with our trusted local repair partners. If a repair isn't viable or would take an extended period, we'll promptly replace the item with an equivalent part. In the rare event that we cannot locate an equivalent part, we will ensure you receive a refund for the original purchase amount, which includes any carriage charges incurred.
