Why am I not receiving emails from Marvo?

There are a handful of reasons why you might not be seeing Marvo emails in your inbox. 

Firstly, please make sure you have checked your email junk/spam folder. It is also possible that your email address was entered incorrectly at the account creation stage or you have accidentally unsubscribed from email communications. 

You can update your marketing preferences by logging into your customer account and navigating to the relevant section. 

If you still can not find a confirmation email, all order information can be found in your customer account including order confirmations.
