"Excellent service partially from Mark who stayed late to ensure the part arrived with me same day as this was a critical part for me even though this was my first time using Marvo. I will defiantly be using again."

Product Description

Festo part 532317 is a DFM-25- -B guided pneumatic cylinder designed to deliver stable, precise linear motion where side loads and high repeatability matter. With a 25 mm piston diameter and stroke options from 20 mm to 400 mm, this double-acting actuator combines a compact body with an integrated guidance system to help minimise play and resist twisting during operation. It features adjustable pneumatic cushioning at both ends, alongside elastic end stops/plates and a smooth characteristic shock profile to reduce impact energy at end positions.

This unit supports proximity sensor position detection, offers flexible mounting in any orientation, and uses G1/8 pneumatic ports. It is specified for 1.5 to 10 bar operating pressure using compressed air to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4], and operates from -20 °C to +120 °C (Ex ambient -20 °C to +70 °C). The construction includes a forged aluminium body and cover, NBR seals, and a high-alloy stainless-steel piston rod, with RoHS compliance. The DFM-25- -B variant is also rated for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas environments (Category II 2G, protection type Ex h IIC T4 Gb).
