1. General 

All orders for products on the Marvo website accepted by Marvo are subject to these terms and conditions. No other terms will apply to the supply of products by Marvo unless agreed in writing by an authorised signatory of Marvo or expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.

All descriptions of the products contained on the Marvo website or otherwise communicated to any purchaser of such products (the “Customer”) are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between Marvo and the Customer. Marvo shall not be liable to the Customer for any errors or omissions on this website, the Marvo catalogue or other product advertisement. 

2. Product Information

We are not an authorised distributor of the products we sell. Product information, including pricing and availability, is subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images, but we do not warrant that such information is error-free.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified, and we accept various payment methods as indicated on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

6. Warranty

We provide a standard 12-month warranty on the products we sell. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8. Pricing errors

If we discover an error in our pricing we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email. 

9. Counterfeit goods

Marvo takes counterfeiting and the supply of counterfeit goods very seriously. We have a rigorous quality control process in place to identify and remove counterfeit goods from circulation and prevent them from reaching the buyer.

In the unlikely event that a Customer receives an item that it believes to be counterfeit, the Customer must notify Marvo within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will commence an investigation into the item. The Customer shall cooperate with us in our investigation as necessary, including providing photographs and other evidence of the item or delivering the item back to us, at our direction. In no event may a Customer resell or redistribute any item that is reasonably believed to be counterfeit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written consent.

11. Privacy
