Can I get a refund if the listed price has changed since I placed my order?
If your refund request has been successful you will be refunded the full amount you paid at the point of transaction. This should also reflect the amount on your purchase invoice.
You can find a full cost breakdown of your current and previous orders in the ‘Your orders’ section of your customer account. Within your account you will also have the option to download invoices, which will also clearly state all related costs and what you can expect from any pending refunds.
