The Pepperl + Fuchs EG2-R is a versatile and reliable switch amplifier designed to facilitate the safe transmission of digital signals from hazardous areas to non-hazardous areas. This 2-channel isolated barrier is equipped with a 24 V DC supply and is capable of interfacing with both dry contact and NAMUR sensor inputs. Each channel is independently configurable, allowing for a tailored mix of input types and line fault detection settings.
The EG2-R ensures operational integrity with its line fault detection (LFD) feature, which monitors for any line breaks or short circuits, enhancing the diagnostic capabilities of your system.
