The Sick RLY3-OSSD300 is a robust safety relay designed to enhance the safety and efficiency of industrial automation systems. Operating on a supply voltage of 24 V DC, this relay is engineered to handle a range of input voltages from 16.8 V to 30 V, ensuring reliable performance even in fluctuating power conditions. With a power consumption of just 2.5 W, it is an energy-efficient choice for modern facilities.
This safety relay features two safety inputs and a reset pushbutton or external device monitoring (EDM) input, providing flexibility in integration with various safety systems. The relay's enabling current paths include three normally open contacts with positively guided operation, ensuring secure and dependable switching. These contacts are crafted from a silver alloy with a gold flash, supporting a wide switching voltage range from 10 V to 230 V AC/DC and a switching current capacity of up to 6 A.
The RLY3-OSSD300 is equipped with two application diagnostic outputs, offering push-pull semiconductor outputs that are short-circuit protected, enhancing the relay's durability and reliability. Its compact design, with dimensions of 18 mm x 124.6 mm x 85.5 mm, and a weight of 150 g, makes it suitable for space-constrained environments. The relay operates effectively within a temperature range of -25 °C to +55 °C and is classified under overvoltage category III, with a rated impulse withstand voltage of 6 kV.
Ideal for a variety of industrial applications, the Sick RLY3-OSSD300 safety relay is a versatile and reliable component for ensuring operational safety and efficiency.

Thumbs up to Rob for helping out with an urgent requirement we had on a Friday afternoon. The part we wanted was over in Europe and Rob went out of his way to get it ordered and on site here for the following Tuesday.City Bearings
Extremely Helpful. Shipped me a replacement unit next day and i was up and running within 24 hours. Replacement new from machinery manufacturers was on a 7 day lead time.Sean Conlin
Found the part we needed at the best price. Spoke to Rob to make sure the part was actually in stock, as many companies don't actually have the part available to ship. It was in stock ready and the part was checked and shipped and received within a couple of days from their German stock. Would definitely use again and recommend.Chris Sentance
