How do I cancel or update my order?
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed. You can find this information by selecting the relevant order under ‘Your orders’ in your customer account. If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact a member of our team to request an order cancellation here.
If you need to update your order, please contact a member of our team as soon as possible to ensure ample time is available to make the necessary changes. Certain updates may not be possible once your order has been placed.
